According to Microsoft’s latest announcement, Xbox Game Pass will get many new games. New games include AAA titles, indie games, and large DLC updates. The service updates its game library regularly.
Xbox Game Pass announces new top titles
Death Stranding Director’s Cut, the ultimate version of Hideo Kojima’s genre-defying sci-fi epic, is a big new release that came out on January 21. Subscribers can play as Sam Porter Bridges on a mission to bring a broken society back together.
Ninja Gaiden Ragebound, a side-scrolling action game from Blasphemous’ team, released the same day. A challenging ninja adventure. On January 27, the critically acclaimed sequel The Talos Principle 2 will be released. Puzzles that get harder enhance the philosophical story.
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 comes out on January 29, the last day of January. In this sequel, players can clear out Tyranid swarms in a new campaign that can be played alone or with up to three other people.
Xbox Game Pass adds unique indie games in early February. Indika, an award-winning surreal story about a young nun’s self-discovery in another Russia in the 19th century, is released on February 2. Final Fantasy II will be remastered on February 3.
Other notable new games are RoadCraft, a construction vehicle simulator that focuses on rebuilding after disasters; Anno: Mutationem, a cyberpunk action-adventure game; and the MySims: Cozy Bundle for PC.
Important news about the service and upcoming departures
Several Xbox Game Pass games, in addition to the new ones, will receive significant updates. These include the Grounded 2: Garden Update on January 27, the return of Stranger Things content to Dead by Daylight, and Season 18, Act 2 of Sea of Thieves.
The Sims 4 25th Birthday Bundle is also available to people who are members of the Ultimate, Premium, or PC tiers. On January 31, the Xbox Game Pass library will lose several games due to the addition of new titles.
Some of these are Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector, Starbound, Lonely Mountains: Snow Riders, and Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap. If members wish to purchase these games permanently before they become outdated, Microsoft typically offers a discount.
